Immediate Action to Customize

On May 26th, districts across Texas received emails from the Regional Service Centers with guidelines provided by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). All districts were required to implement changes to language on the end of year progress parent notifications.

May 26th 9:30am – Project ELL began receiving emails from all the Texas districts to implement this change.

May 26th by 1pm – Every district had the updated required state language with translations in our system, ready to print parent notifications.

Project ELL was able to make these changes with our district partners within 3 1/2 hours. Because we are the ONLY program that has the ability to customize parent letters to fit not only the district needs, but to meet the required language of the state.

  • Can the ELL software you currently use do this?
  • Could you have made these changes on paper that quickly?
