PROGRAM MANAGER – VARIOUS (ELL, GT, SPECIAL EDUCATION, RTI, TITLE 1, 504, CCR, CTE)

 

This full-time/part-time/contract position will work with districts and developers to execute the design and implementation of educational programs that provide the most effective learning experiences and practices for specific goals.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Plan for and facilitate teacher training
  • Draft forms, reports and processes
  • Develop and roll-out post training support and reinforcement tools to sustain

improved performance and business outcomes

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in teaching, curriculum design or educational administration

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

 

The Client Services Manager must effectively facilitate, coordinate and manage the development and implementation of the Client Program acting as the primary contact for the District Client Partner. In addition, the CSM will coordinate, monitor and track deliveries to ensure exemplary service to the District Client Partner

 

Essential Functions:

  • Build strategic partnerships with District Client Partner’s to support customer needs.
  • Manages client relationships by functioning as an extension of the client’s business team.
  • Coordinate/balance resources across functional departments to meet Client specifications
  • Manage Client expectations.
  • Identify and communicate processes to continually enhance the quality of services.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage numerous programs requiring extreme attention to detail.
  • Up to 50% travel

CLIENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

 

The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for scheduling presentations and product demonstrations for potential District Client Partners.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate presentations via telephone and e-mail.
  • Responsible for some office management duties
  • Provide basic customer service to existing clients

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional telephone and e-mail communication skills

DIRECTOR OF IMPLEMENTATION

 

The Director of Implementation works to on-board new District Client Partners.  They will administer and review a program for management, client, and others throughout the client on-boarding process. The Director of Implementation will confer with ongoing project personnel to resolve open issues while escalating any issues as deemed appropriate.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Reviews and confirms all required data for setup packet and checklist are collected for each client(s) prior to sending to New Client Setup
  • Monitors all communication channels but not limited to e-mail and voicemail notifications providing responsiveness
  • Ability to answer complex questions with little or no assistance
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with personnel and management
  • Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant client problems
  • Attends and participates in meetings as required

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and timely completion of tasks/projects.
  • Must be detail oriented and have a record of low error levels.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with computers, specifically in Advanced Excel, GoTo Meeting, and Internet search techniques

IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

 

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for partnering with the Director of Implementation to ensure smooth implementation of services for new accounts and the installation of expanded services for existing customers. Will work with internal and external teams to help manage timelines and expectations.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for partnering with internal and external operations and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of new accounts
  • Coordinates and assists with the management of implementation activities – the management of schedules and deliveries, the identification of special needs and the fulfillment of all requirements per the contract with partners and clients.
  • Document scope of work in all stages of implementation; noting customization, routing rules, etc.  Provide status reports as needed/requested
  • Partner with Operations to advise of new client set up and other relevant matters surrounding implementation
  • May assist with the analysis of new accounts and expansions

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrates proficiency in coordinating/directing software enhancement projects as well as business related projects
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of creating project plans and adhering to project plans/timelines
  • Technical task management, working with multiple divisions/departments is required for this role. Expert organizational skills are required.
  • Knowledge of core business products and services; ability to perform needs assessments and uncover obstacles.

DATABASE DEVELOPER

 

The Database Developer is responsible for building, maintaining and managing client import and export packages. S/He will also be involved in the planning and development of the databases as well as troubleshooting any issues with customers via phone or online.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Developing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages for ETL and SQL
  • Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report generation
  • Designing and deploying data table structures, forms, and reports
  • Controlling access permissions and privileges
  • Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans
  • Modifying the database structure, as necessary, from information given by

application developers

  • Producing ad-hoc queries and developing reports to support business needs
  • Provide tier 2 and 3 support for data in cloud-based applications
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation;
  • Performing other related functions and special projects as may be required
  • Full time preferred, but will accommodate part time
  • Salary / hourly based on experience

 

Requirements:

 

  • Certifications in SQL programming, SSIS / BI or related
  • College degree in MIS / CIS or related field preferred, but will hire without a degree if the candidate has enough experience
  • Skills in SSIS, C# and T-SQL (Azure Infrastructure a plus)
  • Other languages a plus (JavaScript / html)
  • Strong in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for report generation
  • Experience in Data Modeling, Database design and well versed with SQL Server best practices
  • Experience creating and maintaining an extraction, transformation and loading process from source systems or files to a database

MARKETING COORDINATOR

 

 

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing effective marketing campaigns.  This position will arrange, organize and implement a wide range of projects/activities/tactics supporting sales and business development initiatives. Production will vary, and includes creating content, email campaigns, blog posts, webinars, one-sheets, flyers, and social media outreach, as well as event support. The primary focus is to support sales initiatives and improve relationships within existing partnerships. The Marketing Coordinator will also help develop compelling messages about key products/services. This position will also contribute to social media and email strategies.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Provide marketing and sales support for business development and sales managers
  • Work collaboratively with designers to fulfill requirements of incoming marketing work orders
  • Coordinate online Partner Community and related content, email, and social calendars
  • Assist and collaborate with Marketing Managers on strategy and desired outcomes for materials created
  • Mock-up/write/edit articles and marketing collateral for print and/or digital delivery
  • Complete other duties assigned to meet company goals

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Minor in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and thorough
  • Knowledge of proper English grammar

INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

 

The Inside Sales Executive will predominately sell products over the phone. This person will be following-up with inbound leads to qualify, educate, and win new business. The ISE’s first responsibility is to meet, or exceed, monthly quota expectations, by delivering an exceptional prospect buying experience, thorough knowledge of the product portfolio, and a well-orchestrated sales process.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Contact inbound leads and qualify or nurture them to begin the sales process
  • Develop and present sales presentations to communicate the company’s value proposition and product portfolio
  • Orchestrate the sales process from start to close, including scheduling, technical discovery, proposal development and delivery, negotiation, contracting, and order placement
  • Provide accurate and timely pipeline forecasts, including close date, revenue, and product info
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on prospect requirements and sales results
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, and participating in professional associations
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience during the hand-off process to the implementation and account management teams

ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

The Account Manager must effectively facilitate, coordinate and manage the development and implementation of the Client Program acting as the primary contact for the District Client Partner.  In addition, the AM will coordinate, monitor and track deliveries to ensure exemplary service to the District Client Partner

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support by providing professional assistance in the daily business operations.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Maintains appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Prepares written presentation materials
  • Reads, researches, and routes correspondence; drafts letters and documents;

collects and analyzes information; and initiates telecommunications;

  • Maintains office supplies inventory
  • Accountable for developing, documentation and publication of meeting materials including agenda, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Arranges departmental travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; booking transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Produces information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
